How to order


This is the exciting part. When you see that piece you absolutely love and must have, simply add it to your basket by clicking the ‘add to cart' button on the relevant product page. In order to checkout, view your basket by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right hand corner of the page. Check that you have selected the correct items and quantities. Have you ever meant to order one and ended up ordering five items? Yikes! If you're the seller that's not too bad but if you're the buyer that's downright annoying! So check your quantites carefully then click ‘checkout’. This will take you through our secure checkout procedure. Pay using Paypal or a debit/credit card. Please only press ‘pay now’ once. You don't want to be charged twice. Once the order has been accepted, you will receive your order number. Make a note of this number, you will need it if you have to contact us for any reason. DISPATCH & DELIVERY
It will take approxiatemly two days for your orders to be processed. You will see why when it arrives. Your package is lovingly prepared so that your unboxing experience is fabulous too. For now, we only ship within the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped  through Royal Mail's Special Delivery by 1pm service or the Royal Mail's First Class Signed For service. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. Ensure that your delivery details are correct and that you are able to sign for the delivery at the named address. As fabulous as you all are, we cannot take responsibility for non-delivery due to incorrect delivery address details. 
If Royal Mail marks an order as 'Delivered and Signed For', we cannot be held responsible for a replacement. Please contact Royal Mail with your tracking number.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATION
Honestly, this is my least favorite bit. Who wants to think about returning something you loved enough to order in the first place?
I offer a full refund, minus the original delivery charge, for all unworn jewellery (excluding earrings) with the plastic tag still intact and in its complete original packaging, if returned within 14 days. I am unable to refund pierced ear jewellery for reasons of hygiene.  I advise that you use a recorded returns delivery service for your own protection. You will be responsible for the fees incurred to return the goods. Sadly I cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit.
So that I can continue to improve our service and offerings to you, it is particularly important that you clearly state the reason you are returning the goods. Please complete the enclosed return form and include it in your return. Be aware that postal returns can take several days and I will require a certain amount of time to process returns
I need  to point out that the goods supplied must only be examined – comparable with trying them on in a real store. Should the goods be damaged as a result of further use, I reserve the right to demand compensation.
You have the option to cancel an order, up until the point that it has been shipped to you. Once an item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
